u just need to curl your eyelashes, i see that they r already long, but they don’t have an upward curl, so use an eyelash curler, but when using it, be careful not to pinch the skin of your lower eyelid

It's better to use one that has silicone pads, as this will cause less damage to the eyelashes than metal one
