Some good games on sale, i bought all dishonored games because they're 80% off and since previously i had them all pirated except dh1 (shame on me i know).

binding of isaac is on A DISGUSTING 90% sale despite being the best roguelike out there, i did already buy it for full price a few years back tho

RDR2 and cyberpunk are both on a 70% discount which is nice but everyone played those game already

I think every soulslike lover will like sekiro at a 50% discount, but at the same time that game is also very easy to pirate (overall i dont think any non-indie offline game is worth buying)

Speaking of indie, rainworld is for like 1 buck right now, and megabonk is very cheap aswell, AND risk of rain 2 (second best roguelike after binding of isaac) is 67% off, so i recommend trying them out.

i can't stress enough how much i recommend risk of rain 2 BTW, the game is 20 bucks right now with ALL DLCS included

i'd pay 20 bucks just to listen to the soundtrack alone

i also enjoyed it much more than dark souls, elden ring didn't stick with me much

u should try playing it co-op mod with a friend coz my friend played for a bit himself but didnt finish the game coz he got kinda bored and lazy so i suggested we do co-op and shit was legit the best co-op gaming experience in my life (other than the old xbox 360 halo splitscreen days). It was way more fun than playing solo and we even completed the DLC.

I will second this post. It's one of the few games that encourages you to break it. The game loop is literally just adding on so many power ups that your fire rate becomes increased by 700% and you get 27 double jumps and also everything is on fire

I want to love this game, I really do, but I've never liked it at all. It's weird because it has everything I'd want in a roguelike, but I don't know why I can't get into it.

The game doesn't really make you WANT TO play it, you have to start off with the thought "i will spend 500 hours on this game", cause if you aren't hooked pre instalation then you won't be hooked after.

The reason binding of isaac is so addicting is new things. You start off the game with maybe 100 or even less items, but the game has 600 which is waiting for you to unlock. Not only that but it has masterpiece mods which are basically better than the main game and add 200 more items with more enemies and bosses.

So it's not a 'check it out' game, it's something you genuinely need to be invested in at the start or it won't work out.

The reason i got into it heavily is because i watched my best friend stream it to me for months before i saved up the money to buy it. I've also been trying to pirate it for months beforehand with no success (well i succeeded in getting viruses)

Ive been thinking about starting up the house in fata morgana, is it worth the time investment & $16? i enjoyed playing DDLC and heard fata morgana has really good psychological storytelling and revolves around a similar heavy-ish atmosphere

i wanna know if the music and art style live up to the hype as well, and what should i expect going in blind?
